Micah Bosico

President & Founder

Micah’s 25+ year career as a technology industry executive and entrepreneur has given him the experience and inspiration to build Delval Technology Solutions (DTS). From developing the strategic plan to overseeing the daily management of the Company, Micah has assembled an exceptional organization to meet the ever-changing requirements of our customers.

Prior to founding DTS, Micah held senior leadership positions at a variety of companies in the financial services, retail, and utility industries. Micah’s depth of technology expertise and his breadth of business experience are the invaluable assets that have enabled him to build DTS into the leading organization it is today.

Micah holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University, a master’s degree in Information Systems Management from Webster University, Project Management Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), and various technical certifications.

Micah has an amazing wife and 4 adult children. He spends his leisure time with them, and often boating and fishing off the coast of New Jersey.


Bob L

Bob is our customer success manager. Originally from Maryland, Bob is a graduate of Bob Jones University in SC, getting his master’s from Calvary Baptist Theological Seminary in Lansdale. He brings his years of experience in the customer service field to you, making sure as our customer you are happy, heard and reaching your technology goals.

Bob spends his free time enjoying life with his wife and two children. An outdoorsman who hunts and fishes, he is also an avid sports fan, his favorite being golf.


Bill K.

Bill brings you over 20 years experience as our head of sales, making him the first line of contact to you, our customer. A graduate of Mansfield University, Bill specializes in technology infrastructure sales, guiding you on how to build your network from top to bottom. In his spare time, Bill can be found spending time with his family and kicking back and watching football.


Travis M.

Travis is our help desk manager. With a degree in Network and Communications Management from DeVry and a master’s in information systems management from Keller along with ten years’ experience in helpdesk, desktop and server support, Travis is here to answer your help desk tickets big or small.

Travis is an active member of the United States Bowling Congress and a big sports fan. In his free time, you can find Travis spending time with his family and pets, playing games and binge watching his favorite streaming shows.
