President & Founder

With over 30 years of experience as a technology industry executive and entrepreneur, Micah brings a wealth of knowledge and inspiration to Delval Technology Solutions. His diverse range of services is designed to meet the evolving needs of our customers, from strategic planning to day-to-day management.

Before establishing Delval, Micah held key leadership positions in financial services, retail, and utility industries, while also providing consulting services to established technology firms. His profound expertise in technology and extensive business acumen have been instrumental in shaping DelVal into the esteemed organization it is today.

Micah is a graduate of Clemson University, holding a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering. Additionally, he earned a master’s degree in information systems management from Webster University and holds a project management certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), along with various technical certifications.

Director of Operations

Meet Bob, our dedicated Director of Operations. Originally hailing from Maryland, Bob is a proud alumnus of Bob Jones University in South Carolina, where he earned his master’s degree from Calvary Baptist Theological Seminary in Lansdale. With a wealth of experience in customer service, Bob ensures that your satisfaction as our valued customer remains our top priority, while helping you achieve your technology goals.

When he’s not hard at work, Bob cherishes quality time with his loving wife and two children. As an avid outdoorsman, he finds joy in hunting and fishing, complementing his passion for sports, with golf being his personal favorite.

With over 20 years of experience as our head of sales, Bill is the primary point of contact for our valued customers.
